* SECURITY UPDATE: Heap-based buffer overflow in block insert - debian/patches/CVE-2022-0318.patch: only use the multi-byte head offset to correct the offset in block_insert() in src/ops.c, adjust the expected block-insert output in src/testdir/test_utf8.vim, add test in src/testdir/test_visual.vim, add patch numbers in src/version.c; also clamp a negative space count in block_insert() in src/ops.c, as upstream 8.2.3073 does and as debian10els already carries (Debian #1023818) - CVE-2022-0318
